 First Click this link Click Me!
 This is a Data File Host download meaning it will close all open       windows.  
 Next drag your download to the desktop(should be about 200-300kb)
 Then click it a few times and this will pop up

  keep hitting decline and cancel because those downloads are not what you want.
 Afterwards it should download about 5-10 minutes and then a rar file will appear on your desktop (called gta3ripgamingzone.blogspot.com) something like that.
 open it up and extract the files.(the password for extraction is ripgamingzone.blogspot.com)
 Then click the one called setup and it will start to decompress itself.
 After it finishes decompressing click gta3 and you can now play Grand Theft Auto 3
 NOTE: make sure you extract the files to a folder or else it will decompress all over you desktop.
 NOTE: it doesn't matter what the folder is called
